The district logo for South Brown County Schools was created in 2019 by Nathan Isaacs. The Charger logo is currently trademarked and servicemarked. The logo use is intended to promote district/school pride and usage is encouraged with all stakeholders. Guidelines for use are defined below. 

Parties outside the district wishing to use the Charger logo are asked to complete a trademark/service-mark use application and seek approval. To request the use of the Charger logo, please complete this online form: https://forms.gle/3KfEBtSj16tmeL1M9

• District, School & Classroom Use

  • SBC Schools and its employees are authorized to use the trademarked/service-marked Charger logo for classroom and school-related purposes. 

    • Use must comply with the logo use guidelines 

    • SBC  employees are exempt from the trademark use application

    • Employees may not use the logo for their own retail sales without use approval

    • No fee is assessed for the use

• Athletic & Activity Use

  • South Brown County School athletic teams, camps, academic groups, fine arts, and student clubs are authorized to use the trademarked/service-marked Charger logo.

    • Use must comply with the logo use guidelines. 

    • Student athletics and activities are exempt from the trademark use application.

    • No fee is assessed for the use

• District-Affliated Group Use (i.e., Charger Booster Club, Charger PTO, etc.)

  • All district-affiliated groups are authorized to use the trademarked/service-marked Charger logo.

    • Use must comply with the logo use guidelines. 

    • District-affiliated groups are exempt from the trademark use application.

    • No fee is assessed for the use

    • District-affiliated groups may use the Charger trademark to produce items for the group's use but may not offer items for additional resale for personal profit.

• Commercial Vendor Use

  • Businesses wishing to use the trademarked Charger logo to sell items for profit must complete the use application form and seek approval. 

  • Exempt items include consumables such as cakes, graduation announcements, plates/napkins, etc. 

  • No fee is assessed for the use
