Thank you to Clarissa, Horton FFA President, and Trent, Horton FFA treasurer, for coming and speaking to the 8th grade exploratory agricultural students about the exciting opportunities the FFA organization provides.
The Charger Yearbook staff is raffling off a Charger Corn Hole set. Tickets are $1 a piece of 6 for $5. The tickets will be available during home football and volleyball games. The drawing will be held at the last home football game. The set will be on display at home games starting with the football game this Friday night.
The following yearbook staff members will have corn hole tickets for sale.

Be sure to head out to Horton High School tonight to watch Charger Volleyball and there first home games!
Who loves corn hole? Who loves the HHS Chargers? The yearbook staff has combined the two and will be raffling of a custom Charger corn hole set at home volleyball and football games. The set will be on display at the games. Yearbook staff members will also be selling tickets.
Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5.
EMS varsity and junior varsity volleyball teams went 1-1 tonight. The varsity defeated St. Benedict's in three sets while the jv defeated JCN. Great job ladies!
2023 Charger Cross Country Schedule!
EMS Volleyball team will travel to St. Benedict's in Atchison tonight for a 4:30 Triangular vs St. Benedict and JCN. A-B and C team will all play tonight. Good Luck Lady Chargers!

Mrs D's Kindergarten and Mrs. Becker's 4th grade met their buddy room this morning. We read books and colored a friendship page together! 🖍️💜
The high school yearbook staff has been discussing design elements and layout for this year's book. They applied the skills discussed by making a charcuterie board in groups. The themes were Halloween and the 4th of July
